Standard Delivery
Orders will typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Express Shipping
Orders placed with Express Shipping by 12:00 pm (noon) ET will ship by the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Express orders usually arrive the following business day after the ship date. Express shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days after the ship date. Express Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Perfumes and colognes may not be available for Express Shipping.
Shipping Carriers
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.
Delivery Time
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:
- Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing.
- Express orders placed by 12:00 pm MT will ship the next business day.
Returns: Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned to by mail with shipping paperwork. Online refunds will be issued in the form of a mail check. No returns on sale items.
To return any purchase by mail:
- Include the original packing slip.
- Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging and note the reason why.
- Circle the name and address where we should send the check or exchange.
- Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return form. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
